Keep informed of shipping and arrival.

The quality of the meat is excellent. The salami, franks and sausages are great and the chopped liver is sublime. Great packaging. Great customer service.

delicious but expensive

Shipping only once a week could be improved. I use to get the Salami delivered would come in 2 days, which I thought was perfect. Lately it comes in a week with one cold pack that isn't cold when delivered.

I love the salami but had trouble ordering it on line, but had help from the owner (?) of the sight and he took my order and had it shipped the same day.
