I've had a few shipments now, and all were excellent - prompt and top quality. My last order though, had a small manufacturing error in the bag seal, so the hot chocolate mix was, shall we say, generously shared throughout the delivery van and everything it touched! Pretty funny really. The staff at Inglewood were great - it took only a couple of days before a replacement (and properly sealed) beg was delivered. Top service.
