Trae's CS effort saved the day for me

Trae did a great job in resolving my issues with this delivery, but because of shipping issues it took 6 weeks to receive an order of in stock items Trae effort will bring me back to order again.

I will reconsider next time.

I order my items 3-4 weeks before Christmas. I ordered 3 types of Moonshine but only received 2. I also order 4 types of Jellies and received NONE. I received the 2 of the Moonshine on January 8th. I waited and waited for the remainder of the order. I finally called the company in late January and was told that the money for the missing items had been returned. I was not notified via email of the return or any other form of communication. I did check my bank account and the funds had been returned. But, it would have been better that an email would have been sent early so I could have made other sources, as these items were for Christmas Presents.

Unresponsive business

While what I ordered arrived, there were multiple issues and I attempted to contact them numerous times via phone and email with absolutely no response. I will not be using them again

Good online spirits store

I would have given 5 stars but 2 items that were in stock when I ordered somehow went out of stock and didn’t receive my full order. Also it took weeks for them to let me know that they went out of stock and they didn’t tell me until I emailed them wondering were my order was. Once the confusion was figured out it was delivered very quickly.
