Bought a perishable gift and called in to have my shipping timeline adjusted and they handled it well and everything went smoothly. Gift arrived with plenty of time. Upon receipt of the gift there was a small issue with one of the canned items having an opened seal, but one call to customer service and they shipped a replacement out immediately. Received it within a few days! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
