My grandson loved the gift with the celebratory messages, and he said the cookies tasted delicious. I appreciated the ease of ordering online and the excellent communications throughout the process. I will use this company again.

I sent these to my grand dog after her surgery thinking they were for animals. Shame on me for not reading, or understanding, they were human cookies. Those that ate the cookies couldn’t say enough good things about them. Will order again for the right occasion.

The cookies themselves tasted better than expected! We tried to order handwritten notes, and it was unclear that I was only ordering two and not one for every cookie so that process was disappointing when I realized the mistake I made. However, their customer service team was very nice and helped with a refund for the two notes I did order. The quality of the printing on the cookie was also blurry, it would be nice if there was a way to see a proof of the printing quality before the order is shipped.

The cookies were fine but they weren't a bouquet. They were in a box.

The cookies (at least the ones that were not broken, i. e. 10% of the cookies were broken) looked beautiful--they tasted awful though. I reordered and paid for replacement cookies AND the company replaced the broken cookies without additional cost--just wished they would've credited me fo the reordered ones that I paid for. Delivery was on time just not overly thrilled with the taste and that they were not adequately packed to prevent breakage.
