This was the best steak ever. I have always been resistant to purchase Wagyu NY Strip as I prefer other cuts, etc. My wife finds Wagyu ribeye to often be too rich and/or gamey so I decided to try this 2 pack and the first steak was amazing. My wife thought it was a ribeye, at first. Based on the juiciness, marbling and flavor, I don't blame her. When I shared what the steak actually was, she said that it was the best steak she's ever had. Mic drop.

They’re excellent, just wish you had a 1/3 of a pound option. Would be easier to feed a crowd.
