Very good service ! I have been a customer for for about 5 years . Love the products with the Tajima Wagyu being my favorite.

great product and customer service; very expensive, but you get what you pay for here.

Well packaged and on time shipment.

Service and delivery were perfect!

This was the best steak ever. I have always been resistant to purchase Wagyu NY Strip as I prefer other cuts, etc. My wife finds Wagyu ribeye to often be too rich and/or gamey so I decided to try this 2 pack and the first steak was amazing. My wife thought it was a ribeye, at first. Based on the juiciness, marbling and flavor, I don't blame her. When I shared what the steak actually was, she said that it was the best steak she's ever had. Mic drop.
