I've had problems with delivery companies dumping my packages on the side of a rural road next to a ditch in the weeds, instead of coming up my driveway like they are supposed to. Hero went out of their way to make sure the delivery companies knew to bring the packages up to my front porch. I really appreciate the effort Hero made for me.
