I have ordered from Heatonist twice. On both occasions I ran into complications, neither the fault of the fine folks at Heatonist. In each case they had the issue fixed and product on the way to me litcherally within minutes of me engaging them to ask for help. Other businesses should be so lucky as to be as responsive as the bad asses at Heatonist are!
