I made a huge order and I was worried some bottles might get mixed up. But they didn't. Everything was perfect. There was one sauce that I ordered and it was out of stock. They emailed me and asked if I wanted a refund or to replace it with a similar sauce. I told them to replace it and surprise me. The one they chose was waaayyy better than my first selection! They know their stuff!

Got this set for my husband, and it was fun to try a variety of delicious new sauces. The 708 was very hot for us (being fans of spicy food but inexperienced in the fine art of hot sauce). But overall great product, and shipped very fast!

On my most recent purchase, when they realized one of the products I ordered as a Christmas gift had actually just reached an expiration date, they personally emailed me asking if I would like an alternative sauce instead and would still get it shipped the same day. Also, despite being in California, I receive my orders absurdly fast considering I'm in Pennsylvania. They're always neatly packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Thanks for being so great, Heat!
