Underwhelming subpar experience

We made reservations in the members lounge on a week day when the winery was not busy. Despite only three total groups conducting tastings, we were basically ignored. Our host, Ray, was preoccupied by a larger group of women and was so absent that at one point another host stepped in to assist us. I completed an order form to supplement my quarterly shipment that was never processed (~$1,200). I understand mistakes happen, but this experience has left me questioning my membership.

Shipping was delayed and shipper

Shipping was delayed and shipper kept saying delivery unsuccessful because no one home. Finally got my 18 bottles Merlot. So far have had 5 great bottles and 2 that were tainted and went down the drain!!! Only ordered from source because no longer find locally. Like to buy local so can return bad bottle. Ideas/solutions?

I am surprised I am

I am surprised I am having to give a bad rating. I sent an email with photos to your support email address about an order in which one of the bottles was not what I ordered. I didn’t hear anything back for a few days so I called and left a voicemail. After two days I finally got a call. I was told the email was not received but you would be sending me the correct bottle of wine. That’s been over a week and I have not seen any notification that bottle has been sent. Robert Fox

FexEd has terrible delivery service.

FexEx delivery has proven, lately to be unreliable for perishable temp sensitive wine deliveries. Three out the last five deliveries have had extended delays in estimated delivery dates. Who knows where these bottlws of wine sit for 3-5 extra days during the summer?
