Great, consistent, rich flavor. The smell of the roasted beans, pre grinding, is fantastic, welcoming and starts the craving for that first cup. And when brewed, you get the aroma paired with, what I think of as, perfect idyllic coffee taste. Actually hard to find in stores, so happy I'm able to get a consistent monthly supply delivered.
