Very convenient ordering and quick delivery. I love this coffee!

Very responsive support when needed. Grinds offered only include course and espresso fine. The fine is a little too fine for a pour over brews. If thee was a 3rd grind option, that would help.

I am enjoying my monthly subscription. I look forward to the light-roast coffee selection Groundwork sends each month. I get a notification when they are getting it ready, one that is shipped, and one when it is delivered. This is a good reason to get an email. The whole bean coffee is locally packaged, so I typically receive 1-3 days.
