The wine was great, the glasses are great, but the customer service was exceptional!! My first shipment of the old country duo had one box of the incorrect wine. Once I contacted customer support, the correct wine was being shipped to me. Also I was told to keep the incorrect box of wine to try. The correct box of wine was shipped to me at no cost. It’s so great to experience such wonderful customer support! Thank you!
