Shipping and replacement was very efficient.

I ordered products from Good Good on line. When I received my order it was incorrect I contacted Good Good and they were very apologetic and offered to send me the correct order. I asked how they wanted me to return the incorrect order and they just told me to keep it. Great Customer Service!!!!. Acknowledging the mistake and correcting it.

I am so impressed with Good Good, both the products and the customer service. I was shipped a couple of incorrect items and this was resolved immediately with correct items shipped to me quickly. And I have to say, these are the best sugar free jellies and jams I've ever had!
