I have an issue with ordering belgian choco orange spread (can't find it on the site anymore). I reported this to the service desk and they started a conversation with me very quickly. Unfortunately the link they sent me didn't help me, which I also reported to the service desk. And then the conversation stopped. The issue still isn't solved 😞
