Finished my first batch of Brewsy Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon recently. After allowing it to age for a week or so it’s become a very nice, smooth pleasing wine. This is such a great, easy method of winemaking especially for a newbie like me. My next wine will be the Brewsy Reserve Merlot and then I think I’ll be ready to try some experimenting. For anyone looking to try winemaking as a hobby, Brewsy is the way to go.
