I used to brew beer many years ago, but when I moved, I got rid of all that equipment and stopped home brewing. Then I discovered Brewsy a week or so ago. It's absolutely easy and really fun to experiment. I'm about to cold rack my first batch and I have another one already going! I love the smell of fermentation... so aromatic! I keep my house in mid-70s, so I moved them into my water heater closet (per my photo). That made a huge difference in fermentation with the slight temperature rise (low 80s). Looking forward to a long journey with Brewsy!
