The funny thing is. I've never been a big fan of wine. But I was intrigued by the ability to create wine from the flavors I choose and be able to customize the alcohol content. I actually prefer a lower amount of alcohol. I've only made one wine so far is cranberry. I am in LOVE with the flavor. I'm excited to try out new flavors like grapefruit and cucumber mint. So happy with the purchase. It was so very easy to brew up a batch. The "how to" videos on Youtube were great. Here's to many happy brews! Cheers!!
