Great customer service, especially when there’s a problem with delivery. A lot of companies don’t care once the sale is made and product shipped. George Stone Crab make’s sure the customer experience is a positive one all the way to the dinner table.

I ordered claws mid-July 2026 - out of season, they arrived on time looking Good - however the taste and texture was Not. I requested a credit on my next order (in season) and customer service delivered a gift card for the full cost of the claws. Excellent result, the Key Lime pie was to die for!
