Just wondering why I received ground coffee instead of beans

This is the second time we have ordered our coffee beans from Fox Coffee. Delivery is extremely quick and the beans have been roasted the day before. Excellent and quality beans, resulting in great flavour in every pour. Highly recommend Fox Coffee to purchase your coffee beans.

This company really appreciates its customers. I had an issue that was not their fault but the postal services fault, due to this my coffee beans ended up all over the bench and floor. I messaged Fox Coffee with pictures to let them know the parcel was obviously handled roughly by postal service and they had a new bag of coffee beans on the way to me without question. I have now made multiple coffees and can honestly say I LOVE FOX COFFEE!! Absolutely delicious, I think i found my new favourite coffee!
