Fod Shop

Being new to the whole (daunting) FODmap world and diet, this shop has made my life 100 times easier by having so many FODmap friendly food varieties all in the one place. I love the frozen meals that I've tried to date (also a great time saver when trying to prep separate meals for the fam!). Shout out also to the snacks available to satisfy my sweet tooth. Shaynie was also amazing - So helpful, friendly and understanding. I'm definitely coming back to try more food.

Great, but feel postage on top of price of Sauce, makes it extremely expensive. Would be great to buy locally.
