I ordered a few different flours and tried the crusty bread flour out last night. It made 2 pizzas and half a dozen ‘muffin’ bread rolls all of which I was really pleased with. I think eating them fresh is best ( like any other bread of course) and the rolls were amazing. They reminded me of my days before gluten free and I would definitely recommend the crusty bread flour .
