The customer service at Flask is top notch and went above and beyond to help me out. I was considering purchasing an item but emailed customer service to ask a question about shipping. It was the weekend and unfortunately by the time I got an answer back the item was out of stock. Customer service special ordered the item for me and sent me the direct link to the product as soon as it was back in stock and I was able to make the purchase (in addition to another item I was looking for, saving me from having to make separate purchases and paying shipping costs twice). I will definitely do business with Flask again in the future.
