Been using for 9 months and because of FBD, have not stepped foot into a grocery store. Have had a couple instances of missing items and one instance where the box froze due to FedEx leaving it with no notification but FBD customer service is EXCELLENT!!

With a high risk person in this house we cannot shop in person and it is wonderful to have fresh food delivered to the door. We have only had a few slimy arrivals - most of the time we get cold, fresh, good condition produce. Can’t wait to see if there is more variety into the winter.
