Once order is put in everything is processed quickly. The items arrive in a box and are chilled with ice bags. The team are friendly and helpful. I have a subscription and I look forward to having my shakes. Feels like a healthy treat .

Shipping was good. I opted for next day AM delivery and the product was delivered around 9am. A couple of icepacks kept the products very cool. I liked the information on the bottles and the marketing sheet included in the box.
