Excellent for post workout recovery - I always get the Lean Machine which tastes great and is a perfect recovery drink after a run home from work!

The berry flavor combined with the texture of the coconut provides a refreshing alternative to my usual vanilla preference. I love it.

Tastes great, much better than the ones available in the supermarket. I look forward to drinking them, they have a delightful hint of heat.
