I did the 3 day cleanse and was really surprised at how well it went, I never felt hungry, in fact i thought there was a lot to consume which didn’t leave me thinking about food. I thought I would crave food and coffee, but it never crossed my mind, putting me in a better head space once I had completed 3 days and giving me a head start to begin calorie counting and a healthier start. There were a couple of flavours which took me by surprise, however I would still choose the same ones, the variety was amazing, the website gave you an opportunity to choose and change your choice, with the ability to also choose your delivery date, All in all i can’t wait to do another 3 days cleanse in the next few weeks, it felt like a very personalised experience, with an introduction message packed within the box, along with the emails offering the ability to ask questions and feedback.
