Arrived in good time.

A great experience. For example, the first tea caddy I bought was with the Union Jack on. The top and bottom of the tea caddy did not match, so the Union Jack pictured was not correct. I just sent a picture of the mismatch tea caddy. They said although it was on clearance, it still should be perfect. Three days later I received a perfect caddy. As I could not live with imperfect Union Jack flag, I gave that away to a friend who found it was fine. I then bought another 12 caddies. Remember, each of these caddies has 240 tea bags in them. A win win situation. 11 out 10.
