My orders have all been on time. I receive reminders about when it will be shipping, billed, and the deadline to make my meal selections. The customer service is excellent. I’ve needed assistance to apply a coupon and clarification on my order arrival date. The response time has been within hours and the assistance I has been provided without any badgering. So far I’ve received 3 shipments and without a doubt give this company 5/5 stars!

I have nothing but good things to say about Evolve! I love the food choices and I always try the new items. My tastebuds stay happy discovering new flavor combinations I never knew existed! Yum! I enjoy the convenience of ordering anytime I want also. Some selections seems to rotate, but there are always my favs on the menu! I love that I can buy breakfast for dinner and dinner entrées for breakfast if I wanted. I get whatever I want from the menu. I haven’t had a lot of experience with Evolve’s customer service, but the one time I did, they were very professional, willing to help in any way possible, and satisfied my questions. 5 stars out of 5 in my book. Lastly, I was initially and continue to be extremely impressed with the packaging. All the foods arrive cold and everything is always neatly packed and nothing broken (thinking fat bomb lids, here). The dishes are ready to eat, or put in the fridge, or freeze. It’s like a taste of Heaven (and convenience) in a box!!! The packaging is so well packed that all the ice packs are mostly frozen! Only once did I receive the packing where the ice packs were not frozen. It was 93 degrees outside that day and I found the package on the porch when I arrived home. The food and ice packs were still cold!!! I always look forward to my Evolve box! Endless thank yous to Evolve for having such great food, service, and packing! Y’all are amazing!!! I ❤️ Evolve!
