I'm currently home with a newborn and these meals were a life saver! Before pregnancy I was Paleo. During pregnancy and postpartum that changed. It was nice to return to the feeling of eating healthy food. We've been eating a lot of meals cooked by others or takeout, and I was feeling heavy and gross. These meals were light and a nice change.

I'm loving all the Evolve food! I'm on a low carb/low sugar eating plan, and these meals are perfect. Especially the grab-n-go, which I eat as a meal, and some of them I split into 2 meals due to the portions. I'm down 20 lbs and this food has really helped to curb my appetite, keep me full for longer and give me the nutrition my body has been craving for years.
