The Food is packaged extremely well. Plenty of dry ice so even on the hottest day the food items are kept safely cold. The package also is shipped with plenty of packing materials in a very sturdy cardboard box. I opted for notifications and find that they are very prompt with the package arriving on time every time. Great way to eat well

Always convenient and perfect!

I never have to eat the same thing twice, unless I want to! The meals are fast, delicious and filling. This plan has allowed me to eat out far less and is actually saving me on grocery bills.

I LOVED the grab and go meals!! They were so easy to take to work and much healthier than what I would put together at home!

please keep making variations. I like that im not bored. and bring back the buffalo Mac and cheese!!!!
