I’ve been a customer since before it was named Eat to Evolve - used to be PaleoFit. I’m a Paleo diner - it’s totally changed my stomach issues after so many years of ibs. As a widow, I don’t really enjoy cooking and want something easy, already made fresh for me. That’s how I got into Eat to Evolve. I am a private Pilates instructor with my own studio so when I’m finished trenching at 6nor 7 pm, I don’t want to be chopping and cooking. The ETE dinners are delicious! I have my favorites, but everything is good. My only disappoint has been the brown and wilted greens in the salads. Maybe just a temporary thing. It’s been the only food that I did not care for. The ease of picking up my order each week is totally worth the effort - the people there in downtown Overland Park are friendly and helpful. Great business to support.
