Quality of items good. Delivery also good. But repeat subscription package. When you only want to have one item. Purchase through PayPal and check you haven’t signed up for repeat orders.

Wrong items delivered nothing from customer service

Took a couple of weeks and I had to chase, to which there was no response. Generally poor communication... Which is so hard when your are craving the perfect chocolate bar 🍫

Packaging wasn't secure and someone had opened it en route and took a bar

When you say a pack is letterbox-friendly, you might want to check first. I can't order from you again but perhaps I'll see your delicious products in my supermarket aisle soon.
