Love Raw always ships very fast, items arrive in perfect condition. My only quarrel is perhaps with the choice for a B corp to use Amazon shipping as a default and free option? Also some website bugs, e.g. when I bought peanut caramel bar, in the cart it prompted whether I wanted to have on subscription to click here, but the button was not linked and had no effect, as that was in fact not an option. Would also like to be able to mix subscription and one-off buys. Will be coming back no doubt!

Our favourite choccy so I'm a repeat buyer. No issues with the product but have had a couple of orders arrive with missing items. Customer service rectified helpfully & politely.

Great products. Fast delivery and good responses to enquiries. Please review packaging asap as there seems to be a lot of waste at the moment.
