I ordered 2 boxes to my friends for Xmas gift on12/15/2020. USPS tracker still shows they are in transit as of today, 1/10/2021. I know it is not Eat2Explore's fault but it would be nice to be formed that shipping delay. Other subscription box providers reached me out that their shipping maybe delayed etc.

World Holiday Box

We are big fans of eat2explore and use it as fun learning opportunities in our home. We always go further into studying of each country and have had positive experiences so far. That being said, the World Holiday Treat box was such a disappointment. There could have been so many other countries to include, but instead this included 1 country that doesn't have any tradition or celebration of any holiday this time of year and 2 countries that are incredibly close in physical location and also have pretty similar traditions/celebrations/foods. The opportunity that this box could have provided for additional learning and culture expansion was lost. (maybe bringing in countries from different continents with varying foods/traditions, or bringing in a country that celebrates Christmas and another with a large representation of people who celebrate Hanukkah and maybe somewhere to represent Kwanzaa)

Extremely poorly executed good idea.

Just getting the product there is near impossible. Every shipment must be tracked down and submitted as lost. When the email comes that it has shipped it sits for at least a week prior to even leaving their warehouse - their "shipped" means label created. Packages from NY to NC are taking anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months depending. Not the gift I had planned on. While USPS issues are not their fault, they offer NO alternatives I would gladly pay for. Customer service is non-existent. Everything is via email at their whim. Speaking directly to them is not an option. I will NEVER order from them again.
