Ok overall. It’s a nice

Ok overall. It’s a nice idea but expensive. Hard to figure out when the next box ships and what’s in it (too many irrelevant emails).

System down

I bought four months subscription for my granddaughters and they loved it. I on the other hand had to call every month because they would bill my credit card for something I had already paid for. They did cancel but if I didn’t catch it they acted like they were just about to reverse the charges. The last month. again I was charged $5.00 . I had enough of . I didn’t call it in hoping they were going to see.it. They did not so I told my DH to just write it off. I thought after it was discovered they would fix the problem but here we are four moths later and it’s still happen. Now that the subscription is done I hope they don’t charge my card with anything. On a good note the women who helped me was very niece.

The information, packaging and food

The information, packaging and food recipes were good. Our biggest complaint is that you give us seasoning and sauce packets, rather than the full recipe. Because of the packets, this means we can't really make the recipe again on our own. We wish you just have the whole recipe in the directions.

A bit of a disappointment...

I ordered a single box for my 4 year old niece as a trial before I committed to a subscription. At the suggestion of the company I went with Japan, because in the pictures it had several sauces and packets for her to open (she loves that part of cooking). When I checked in with my sister about the box, she told me there were no packets, only a few sauces. I understand that this was a past box, but its disappointing when the pictures don't match what actually comes in the box. I'm still interested in trying this month's box (Kenya). Hopefully it will be complete, and my niece can get the full experience.
