We have been exploring with Eat 2 Explore for over a year now. It is a lot of fun. My kids have learned a lot about other countries/cultures and we have tried a many foods we would have never had the opportunity to eat. They are not all home runs but we can always say we tried it :) Here are a few we have made recently.

I've had a wonderful experience on this site, any questions I've had, that I couldn't find the answer to, I've emailed them and have gotten a quick and satisfying response. I don't often express my opinion, but I believe this program is awesome and the staffers are also!
