As a newcomer to East Imperial I had a hiccup when I paid through PayPal. I hadn’t advised Paypal of my new address and the shipment was accordingly forwarded to my former address. When I realised this was the case I contacted EI who advised they would get the carrier to redirect. This was done without any problem and the case was delivered only one day later. Good work by EI.
