Delivery?

Never heard back from customer service on where my product was as label was created yet not with UPS. Wrote 2x’s and no response. Asked to have my order cancelled and no response.

I love the product itself. The second time I ordered I never received the second packet. The third time I ordered my account was charged and I have yet to receive my order 10 days later

Taste and texture horrible.
