They called me once to inform me they couldn’t supply all the flavors in my subscription. I missed that call and called back. One of the co-owners ended up speaking with me and sent Zyn hats. I felt they really cared and have great customer service.

All good on my end. I have been ordering online and have no complaints. The pricing is rather high for your beverages, but I am still buying them. I am a customer for only a few months and have not noticed any health improvement due to drinking ZYN. My sister told me to try it due to her feeling better drinking your drink. I'm still waiting for the magic.
