Companies with superb customer service always finish #1. My answer to Donostia’s question did I enjoy my order was, “no, because I didn’t get what I ordered. ” I soon realized I had placed the wrong order. So I quickly wrote to Donostia that my dissatisfaction was self-imposed. Their Quick reply was they were sending me the product I wanted. No charge. No questions asked. Now that is customer service !!
