Clams in brine absolutely sublime, whether alone as an app or as the foundation for Linguine alle Vongole or New England Clam Chowder ... the bring is magical! Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets in olive oil superb in a snack, in a pasta sauce, in a Caesar Salad (both dressing and toppings). Delicious! Small Scallops in Sauce ... warm them up and enjoy with a rustic brioche baguette, or your favorite buttered pasta. Customer Service is fantastic behind the scenes. Will order again and again!

Great products and great customer service

The product quality was as high as I’d heard. Our order was processed and delivered promptly and the packaging (which included jars) was excellent resulting in no damage. We’ll be ordering more.
