I had a problem with my doc dollars not getting applied to my order. Customer service went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I was sent 2 free boxes of protein bars in exchange for the mistake, (albeit, I had to wait several months for them due to supply shortages), and allowed to keep my doc dollars for a future order. When I made my future order I made it via the phone so my doc dollars would be sure to be applied. The customer service was outstanding! As a business owner myself with an excellent customer service record I was impressed with how my order was handled and the customer service I received. Kudos to your employee that took my order! I received my order in a timely fashion and in great condition! Thanks, and keep up the good work!!

Great service, good products, fast shipping

Their products are great, and their customer service is AMAZING! I’ve had a couple times where my order was not delivered (or wasn’t delivered in its entirety) and someone emailed me back immediately and remedied the situation immediately!
