I love the food! The nutritionist is great! Customer service is great! BUT I am having trouble with certain aspects of the website. I've made several orders and think I signed up for the rewards. I actually got a $10 coupon but it didn't actually subtract it from the total. So how do I get it? and am I in the rewards program or not.
