When one of three hampers went missing with the carrier and I called Daylesford to enquire, I was treated with the greatest courtesy and kindness and was instantly assured that a replacement hamper would be dispatched as soon as possible. Not only was that done but the replacement arrived in time for Christmas at Craignethan’s family Christmas lunch. Impressive service doesn’t adequately describe the excellent and speedy response to what could have been a small family disaster! Thanks to your exquisite staff!
