Roasted a duck from Whole Foods for Christmas, because D’Artagnan’s duck was delayed by FedEx until the day after Christmas. Everyone agreed that the duck from D’Artagnan was far superior. Juicier and much more tender. The black winter truffles were also phenomenal. Will definitely buy another!
