We made the cassoulet for 10 on Friday!!! We had a 5L of rosso toscano and needed something hearty to match. It was outstanding!!! What a showstopper. It stunned our guests (and us). Everything was so flavorful and it was quite easy. I’m thrilled that we now have the cassoulet dish, and we’re just itching for an excuse to make it again.
