I have difficulty finding Dare products where I live so I order from the website and have them shipped to me. They are always well packaged with dry ice, and even in this heat we’re currently experiencing they always arrive still frozen. They are shipped out within a day or two so they arrive quickly as well. I can’t speak to their customer service because I’ve never had to contact them for any reason - I’ve never had any issues with my orders!!
