Processing and shipping generally slow, but I have been buying product from this company since their inception. Slow shipping is beyond their control, and I do not see any improvement in order process timing. I just know when I order products they will take some time to arrive.

The first bag of Wagyu slices I got were fantastic but my second bag (which arrived a couple of days late) was dry like store bought.

So I have not even received it yet!!!!
