The slabs that I order always have that great "squeeze" that lets me know that it's fresh and not too dry They also always look like the advertised product picture when sliced. I've ordered from other companies with cheaper prices only to be disappointed by dry , old tasting, and even molded biltong. The shipping was fast, the box showed up well packed. I appreciated the instructions and the bag on storage. I had thrown out moldy biltong before because I didn't know I could just wipe it off with vinegar so I really appreciate the storage instructions.

I went to South Africa as a college student over 30 years ago. I ate Biltong there every day (Kudu being favorite). I have been searching for a good source of Biltong ever since. It has all been too dry and too hard. The order I just received was nice and red and soft and absolutely delicious. I am so happy.
